Transplant Families is building a dynamic hub for pediatric transplant families, caregivers, clinicians, and the community that serves them. We are the only pediatric non-profit linking heart, liver, kidney, and bone marrow transplant patients and families. Our website provides a virtual space for resources and educational materials to help families with their needs before, during, and after the transplant process. We also provide the opportunity for dialogue between transplant practitioners and families to improve care and outcomes.
