Transplant Families is made up of a community of volunteers who donate their time and energy to support our mission to unite families of children with solid organ or bone marrow transplants, we provide inspiration, support, and education. In the past year, our volunteers have contributed 5,000 hours towards our organization, and 95% of our donations go directly to Transplant Families’ programming.  We cannot thank you enough for your support.
